This little cafe is simply my new obsession!!! Right under the castle is the best lunch I've had here. Focaccia sandwiches, soup, and 12 different kinds of cake make up Pirlous in the Grassmarket District. I had a Persian chicken sandwich and (don't tell the French) potato leek soup. This had me blushing in a war museum. I was on the hunt for Jamie Fraser himself at the Scotland War Museum in the Edinburgh Castle (of all places). It was actually so exciting, and they had artifacts from almost every war dating back over 600 years. The views were ridiculous, with a 360 degree over the entire city.
