I have had the worst experiences with books so far. Just boring book after boring book. This one was a nice alternative. Obviously, it's romance, and if you've been on BookTok even a fraction of as long as I have, you know exactly how this one ends.

But! It's enemies-to-lovers with engaging characters and writing. It was such an easy read that would've been perfect by the pool.

I'm not the biggest romance fan (yes, I know about my obsession with book boyfriends, but they're from fantasy books, so it's not the same thing...), but this one was a quick favorite.
