Someone play the Harry Potter Theme Song please!!

If you know the most basic things about me, you know I love tequila, good food, and books.

You also know I’m a sucker for anything and everything Harry Potter (but like in a cool way). I would never get a Deathly Hallows tattoo or put a sticker on my car. Instead, I binge-buy oversized t-shirts on Etsy and am obsessed with Dramione.

Regardless of who you ship the Golden Girl with, the Warner Bros. Studio Tour has something for everyone. I spent 3 hours there, and it could’ve easily cracked five if they bothered to open a bar on the property. It’s honestly a missed opportunity considering the amount of Harry Potter-themed bars there are. (All I’m asking for is some butterbeer with actual liquor in it!). Personally, I loved the Slytherin Common Room and Potions sets.

It has everything from the Great Hall and Gringotts to original costumes and props. I was absolutely in love. I’m not kidding when I say I took more pictures that day then most of Scotland put together.

It’s also so easy to get to coming from downtown. Literally, a mini Underground trip and a 15-minute train ride were all it took. I was beyond stressed about taking the Underground, but I’m severely directionally challenged in my defense. To the point where I really don’t know how my ancestors could survive without a very accurate GPS.

Thank God for maps (and Maddy Bates for the best tip of all time). It’s not that hard to blend in when it tells you exactly what platform to get on. Too bad none of them were 9 3/4!!!

As the tour ends, they have you exactly where they want you… wishing it was all real and in the gift shop! This was before I made the responsible and executive decision to buy another suitcase, so I went a little light on the shopping. By that, I mean I had to get a Slytherin soccer-esq scarf, t-shirt, pin set, tumbler set, and (I mean it this time, drumroll please), my very own Hogwarts letter on a keychain, engraved with my name. And for £10, I was practically forced into it.

I’m already itching to go back! Mischief Managed!
